Things are moving ahead. Yesterday in a web meeting of different partners of our German-American Genealogical Partnership (GAGP) the new logo has been accepted and I would very much like to share it with you.
The logo in showing the globe includes all researchers internationally who are interested in German/ic Genealogy wherever they live. The logo also is used (for the first time) inviting guest to the International Germanic Genealogy Conference July 28+29, 2017 in Minneapolis. This event will be hosted by the Germanic Genealogy Society, Minnesota.
The different GAGP committees yesterday showed that much work is in front of us but also that many things have been organized already. I thank everyone in the U.S, in Germany and elsewhere contributing. I must say that I am very proud of what could have been achieved in less than a year since we signed documents in May 2015.
